Frequently asked questions

Orders below R1,000 are charged a flat rate shipping fee of R95 for door-to-door courier shipping.

Shipping usually takes 1-3 business days for main city centers and 2-5 business days for outlying and remote areas.

All orders above R1,000 will receive free courier shipping.

Our couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Orders dispatched on Fridays will be delivered the following weekday, excluding public holidays.

For bulk resale orders and orders outside of South Africa, please contact us at for a shipping quote.

Please note we cannot refund products purchased on sale.

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. 

  • The item(s) must be unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • They must also be in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your order amount.
  • We will either replace the item or issue your refund sans delivery fees. 

For goods damaged on arrival, please email us immediately upon receipt at and we will assist you.

If you have received the incorrect items in your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the items so we can assist.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or opened products.

We will do our best to action your refund requests in 24-48hrs.

You will receive your order in 1-3 business days within main regional hubs (JHB, PTA, DBN, etc.) and 2-5 business days for outlying and remote areas. 

You can change your shipping address in your profile or at checkout.

The courier service will send you a tracking link to track your order.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately via email so we can amend the courier details on our end.

No, we do not charge sales tax or VAT at this time.

No, we do not store your credit card information anywhere on our servers. All transactions are processed through Paystack and your bank.

Yes, your items will arrive in one package.

Yes, you can pre-order items that have ‘Back Order’ indicated on their product pages.
